Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, custom or personalized products, and items marked as final sale. Please get in touch if you are unsure about your item.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If you need an exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal at goldbergski.com. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. The portal will guide you through the simple steps to generate a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing your orders, but sometimes things happen. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our Returns Portal at goldbergski.com. We will gladly cover the cost of shipping for returns of damaged or defective merchandise and will work to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or processing a full refund.
